Hotdesking offers you a productive and versatile space to work. Why pay for an office when you only need it for a few days a week? Hotdesking includes everything an office would including wired or wi-fi internet access, a desk, table or sofa as per your preference, your own lockers, access to a kitchen, preferential rates for meeting room and free black and white laser printing. 

Price for individual hotdesking is £25 +Vat per month.

company builder

The Company Builder Package is ideal for a small team of 2 - 4 people who are currently working from home or dispersed locations.

This package gives you a HQ away from home with all the trappings: Wired or wifi internet access, a desk, table or sofa as per availability and your preference, secure storage, coffee maker, tea and biscuits.

Our boardroom is an ideal place for the ever essential team meeting and hot desk and company builder members receive preferential rates for this and other services..

1. When can I access my workspace?

Hotdesk and company builder members are free to come and go as they please between 9am -5pm Monday through Friday. Company builder pro members have 24/7 access.

2. Is there someone to meet and greet my clients?

Our reception service is open during the business day. We prefer a personal approach and provide tea/coffee/water for any clients who may have to wait in our reception for any reason.

3. How long are your contracts?

We offer flexible 3 month contracts on all our membership services. This allows you the freedom to find the product that works for you. We make it easy to switch between services.

4. If I am a hot desk user do I get storage space?

Hotdesk contracts include 1-2 lockable storage units. This is some where to keep anything from extra stationary and business card to business documents and files. 

5. Is parking available?

There are two public car parks just minutes away and we are located within easy walking distance of Carlisle train station.
