Our boardroom hire includes use of the boardroom itself (and the ground floor hot office space if its an evening or weekend booking). The boardroom can accommodate 12 - 14 people around our two tables or presentations for up to 18. The boardroom is also a great place for small groups or one to one discussions.   

The boardroom has acoustic seals on all doors to give you privacy. Our reprographic resources mean running out of agendas is no big deal, and last minute copies presentations are no big deal.

We offer a space to meet with clients and stakeholders in a neutral professional environment. Whether you need a place to present your creative work, or need to present statistics to your board members and stakeholders, the boardroom is an affordable accessible solutions.

Tea, coffee, water and simple biscuits are provided complimentary within the room , which is also equipped with a projector, DVD player, whiteboard and digital flipchart. Technical support with any of the equipment is available if required. Early/late access for facilitators is available on request.
